Gloria is one of the few art cinema's located in the very center of Copenhagen. Know to a selected group, for showing award winning international movies, the challenge was creating a identity that could be produced at lowest cost possible. To accomplish this I chose to print only in back and white on colored paper keeping costs down, and at the same time create an easily identifiable identity.

Monthly programs were to be distributed to local cafe shops or handed out. By having the folder spread out into a small poster, people who hung it up, would not only be reminded of current movies, but essentially also be advertising to their friends and relatives for the cinema.
Assignment created while at Applied Projects. Gloria has since changed their identity and come to some somewhat similar solutions.
2010

I wanted an old cinema feel with a handwritten logo type, colored paper similar to old admission tickets and typography from old movie posters.

Old and new logo.

Paper setup and business cards.

Layout of the new tickets.

Monthly a5 sized programs with film info and reviews, folds out to a A3 poster with times and dates for each movie. On the back is a map to the cinema along with ticket and cafe prices.

Showing frontpage, news and 2 movie pages.

How the logo and poster would look implemented on on their respective surfaces at the entrance.
